What is Pulmonary Hypertension

Ideopathic Pulmonary hypertension is a rare disorder of the blood vessels in the pulmonary arteries found in the lungs. The lining of vessels in the pulmonary artery grow thicker because of faulty cell function, causing blood pressure to rise abnormally and eventually causes right heart failure and all too often death.
